About Me
Dr. Bailowitz provides personalized management of acute and chronic illnesses in addition to focusing on wellness and preventive care to keep patients healthy.
She is an experienced physician who has been in practice for more than two decades. She has been with UM St. Joseph Medical Group for more than five years.
She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988 and then from New York University School of Medicine, where she was elected to the AOA Honor Society in 1992. She completed her residency at Johns Hopkins Bayview in 1995 and has practiced Internal Medicine in the Baltimore area since that time.
