Dr. Naslund is highly trained and experienced in treating prostate problems.
Dr. Naslund specializes in the treatment of prostate cancer and chronic prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate gland). He also has special interest in treating men who have urinary symptoms from an enlarged prostate (a condition also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia) with medication or, if needed, surgery.
Dr. Naslund is a professor of surgery and chief of the Division of Urology at University of Maryland School of Medicine. He is a member of numerous prestigious medical societies, including the American Urological Association and the American Association of Clinical Urologists.
