About Me
Dr. Hong has a special interest in eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) and has presented at national and international meetings on the topic. She cares for EoE patients in a combined subspecialty clinic with Pediatric Allergy to identify a cohesive treatment plan, as the disease usually has allergic underpinnings.
The multidisciplinary EoE clinic is unique to the University of Maryland Children's Hospital as it is one of only a few such programs in Maryland.
Dr. Hong's other interests include feeding difficulties, dysphagia, gastroesophageal reflux disease, breastfeeding medicine, H. pylori, and inflammatory bowel disease.
