Baltimore Convention Center Field Hospital (BCCFH) COVID Task Force has closed all operations.

BCCFH COVID Task Force (which was based in State Center and, prior to that, the Baltimore Convention Center) closed its operations due to the U.S. Government's decision to end of the national public health emergency in May 2023, the decline in COVID rates statewide and availability of services at local public health and healthcare locations.

For Patients:

If you have questions about the care you previously received at State Center Vaccination and Testing site, during a telehealth visit or at our infusion center, please contact The Maryland Department of Health, Office of Constituent Services. You can complete the information request form online or call 1-877-4MD-DHMH (1-877-463-3464) and press 1 (for English) or 2 (for Spanish) then press 8 (Constituent Services).

Patient Records

If you are in need of your vaccination records or other medical records related to care you received at the BCCFH COVID task Force, these are available in your University of Maryland Medical System MyPortfolio account. You may also be able to access them through other health system's MyChart/Epic patient portals. You can also call University of Maryland Medical System Medical Records at 410-328-6750.

For Providers:

Providers seeking IV remdesivir outpatient infusion referrals can reach out to their local hospital systems or home infusion providers for additional resources. For more information and a list of providers currently accepting outside referrals (list will continue to be updated) see the Referral Form for Outpatient Remdesivir Treatment from the Maryland Department of Health.
