Geoffrey Hall, D.O.
Medical School: Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine
I grew up in Connecticut before seeking a warmer climate in beautiful North Carolina where I attended Elon University for undergraduate studies. While completing my degree in chemistry I had the opportunity to spend two summers traveling around the US constructing accessible amenities for camps that served people with disabilities. After graduation, I was not quite ready to take the plunge into medicine so I moved to Richmond, VA and worked in a precious metal refinery for two years. Shortly thereafter, I sought and an alternative approach to medical education and was thrilled to end up at VCOM-Virginia. I am excited to have now found my way to Maryland and cannot wait to start this next chapter with all my co-residents!
I was inspired to become a physician during my anatomy class in high school and have not looked back since. When I grow up I want to subspecialize with my interests currently leaning toward pediatric allergy and immunology. A child’s first exposure to healthcare can have a significant impact on their future, and I look forward to serving the kids of Baltimore for the next 3 years.
When I get some time to myself I enjoy cooking, physical activities such as cycling and hiking, reading, hanging out with friends, spending time with my wonderful wife, and watching children’s movies.
