Kevin Cesa, M.D.
Medical School: Temple University Lewis Katz School of Medicine
I was born in Beverly, MA, a town outside of Boston. I went to the University of Pittsburgh for undergrad and majored in chemistry. After graduation, I joined the Peace Corps and served in Suriname, a small country in South America. For 2 years, I performed a variety of public health projects while living in a rain forest village. I also met my future wife, a fellow volunteer. After returning, I joined a research lab focused on the creation of an HIV vaccine. I went to Medical School at Temple University, and during this time my wife and I had our first child. I am excited to spend the next few years exploring Baltimore and taking advantage of the local grandparents for free babysitting. In my free time, I like to read, play peekaboo with daughter, and work on my horrible golf game.
