Telemedicine Services

The UM Heart and Vascular Center team is still seeing patients with urgent or emergent conditions. If you feel any sort of chest pain or symptoms of a heart attack, call 911 immediately. Do not drive yourself to the hospital.

For all non-urgent medical concerns, virtual appointments are now available for heart health services. We strongly encourage patients to schedule video and/or phone consults for appointments.

Diagnosis and Prevention

Our goal is not just to treat heart and vascular disease but to prevent it. We do this by working proactively with our patients, screening for potential problems through diagnostic heart testing and by conducting research to discover new treatments and to help us learn more about the heart's function.

Heart Disease Prevention

Our Preventive Cardiology Program evaluates you for all cardiovascular diseases using a thorough medical assessment, heart screenings and a personalized treatment plan.

Vascular Disease Prevention

Our vascular screening program uses non-invasive vascular testing that can reveal blockages, blood clots and circulatory problems
