The Trilogy™ System combines the capabilities of several radiation therapy technologies – TomoTherapy, Cyberknife and Novalis – all into one machine.

The University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center's (UMGCCC) Department of Radiation Oncology was the first academic medical center in the region to introduce the fully-integrated TrilogyTM System.

RapidArc Enhances Already Powerful Trilogy Technology

Since the introduction of Trilogy in 2006, scientists at the University of Maryland have worked with Varian Medical Systems, makers of Trilogy, to develop a further refinement of the Trilogy System known as RapidArc. Trilogy with RapidArc technology now provides patients with the fastest, most precise targeted radiation therapy available.
