All referrals for monoclonal antibodies are being managed by the Baltimore Convention Center Field Hospital (BCCFH) team. They will determine eligibility and contact patients directly to schedule at an infusion site.

The BCCFH Infusion Team prefers for patients to be seen and referred by their primary care or another provider. However, if you are unable to see your patient or complete the referral form, your patient may complete a self-referral form as well. For more information on the self-referral process, click here.

Please note, UM Upper Chesapeake Health mAb Infusion Clinic continues to administer mAb infusion therapy for patients who meet the eligibility criteria.  We have sufficient appointments available and an adequate supply of mAb.  Please let your patient know that they can request an appointment in Harford County if it is more convenient for them.
