Robin Luxon

Robin Luxon is Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy, Marketing and Business Development and joined UM UCH in 1999. In this role since 2016, she also oversees UM UCH’s clinical service lines as well as Ambulatory Services. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She also obtained a University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School Aresty Institute of Executive Education, Certificate of Professional Development and has been a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2013.  

With 35 years of healthcare experience, Robin leads strategy, marketing, business development and clinical and ambulatory programs and services for UM UCH. She has a key leadership role in the planning for the new medical campus in Aberdeen as well as the facility and service expansions on the Bel Air campus.

She has served on the Boards of several civic and professional organizations and currently is a member of the Harford County Economic Development Advisory Board, Havre de Grace Alliance Board, Harford County Chamber of Commerce Board Member as well as their Executive Board. Robin recently received the Daily Record’s Heroes in Healthcare Lifetime Achievement Award.
