Speak Out: Take Charge of Your Care
During your stay, the doctors, nurses and staff of the hospital will treat you and your family as partners in your own care. One important way that you can be involved is to speak up. Ask questions, voice your concerns, and don’t be afraid to raise any issues relating to your care and treatment, including overall hospital services. You are part of the care team.
If at any time during your stay you feel we are not meeting your expectations, please speak up and raise any issues with your care team. If your concerns are not resolved, please contact the Patient Advocate for further assistance at 410-337-1560. The Patient Advocate is here to help and will follow up on your concerns.
