UM St. Joseph Medical Group is pleased to offer concierge medicine to our community.
Led by Dr. Kenneth Sibila, our concierge primary care practice focuses on optimizing accessibility, convenience and personalized care for patients. Dr. Sibila offers the same great comprehensive primary and preventive care our community has come to expect, but in an increasingly patient-centered setting.
What is Concierge Primary Care/Concierge Medicine?
Concierge medicine is a health care model where patients pay a monthly membership fee which covers enhanced office visits and increased physician access.

Concierge Medicine Services
Our concierge medicine services include:
- Enhanced annual physical
- EKGs
- Indicated screenings
- Point-of-care testing/phlebotomy
- Well visits
- Urgent visits
- Sick visits
- Flu and pneumonia vaccines
- After hours direct access to physician for urgent issues
- Little to no wait for appointments
Concierge medicine patients will continue to still use their insurance for bloodwork, imaging studies, specialist visits, hospitalization and other medical services outside of concierge care.
About Dr. Sibila
Dr. Kenneth Sibila has been in practice in Towson since 1997 and feels honored to have provided care for multiple generations of many families in his medical practice. Dr. Sibila has a wide range of clinical interests including musculoskeletal conditions, preventive care, hypertension, and many other acute and chronic conditions. He firmly believes that patients should take an active role in their health care.
Dr. Sibila is thrilled to continue providing enhanced primary care to patients and families.
