Expert speakers will discuss the latest medical, surgical and integrative treatments for the holistic management of cancer and their impact on survivorship. This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit TM. Nursing contact hours are pending.
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Define the current guidelines for the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of common solid tumor cancers
- Implement current cancer diagnostic, treatment and management of toxicities guidelines into their practices
- Identify the physical, psychosocial, financial and emotional needs of cancer survivors and available community resources to help meet these
This unique, half-day symposium is free of charge. Optional breakout lunch sessions will follow the symposium. $15/person. Breakout session topics include: The ABCs of Research, Nutritional Management of Side Effects and Self-Care for Clinicians. Seating is limited.
