Weather Updates for Tuesday, February 11, 2025:
The National Weather Service is calling for snow on the Eastern Shore beginning this afternoon, Tuesday, February 11, 2025, through Wednesday morning, February 12, 2025.
Snow accumulation is expected to be 3” – 5” in Kent and Queen Anne’s counties and a bit heavier in our southern counties, with upwards of 6” – 8” in Dorchester County.
As the principal healthcare provider for our region, our hospitals and emergency centers remain open during inclement weather.
However, in order to prioritize patient and team member safety, we have decided to close our off-site locations, including diagnostic and imaging and UM Shore Medical Group locations in all five counties, early today, Tuesday, at 3:00 p.m. Patients will be contacted to reschedule their appointment or initiate a telehealth appointment if appropriate.

Weather Updates for Wednesday, February 12, 2025:
Due to expected ongoing winter weather, UM Shore Regional Health will delay the opening of offsite locations to 10:00 am on Wednesday, February 12.
