UM Midtown Health Center - Primary Care

The Midtown Health Center offers a complete range of primary care services including:

• Preventive care, such as checkups, flu shots and other immunizations
• Care for minor illnesses and injuries
• Health screenings (including those for hypertension, cholesterol, breast cancer, cervical cancer and colon cancer)
• Ongoing management of chronic health issues, such as heart disease, diabetes, COPD and asthma

Our primary care specialists offer telehealth and same-day in-person sick visits for current patients, and new patients can book their first appointment online. Learn more about all our services. 

We are located inside the Midtown Outpatient Tower, which is home to a range of specialty care practices such as cardiology, diabetes care and optometry.

The Midtown Health Center is inside in the Midtown Outpatient Tower, which is attached to the Madison Street Garage. 

Mass Transit Directions

The Metro (Subway): The State Center Station, located at the Maryland State Office Complex on Preston Street, is two blocks from the hospital.

Light Rail: The hospital is conveniently located within walking distance of the Cultural Center stop (at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall) and the Center Street stop (at the Maryland Historical Society).
