Volha "Olga" Dranov is a nurse practitioner who has much experience with providing patient care for various neurosurgical conditions. She has special interest in diagnosing and managing the conditions of spine patients.

"Ensuring the comfort of each patient, creating an environment where they can openly express their worries and emotions without hesitation, is of the utmost importance to me," she says. "At the core of my treatment philosophy is the belief that all patients deserve to be treated with respect, dignity and compassion."

A dedicated health care provider, Dranov has been a part of the University of Maryland Medical Center care team for over a decade. She works hard to establish strong, meaningful patient connections and gain a deep understanding of patients' conditions and experiences.

"My primary goal is to provide patient care founded on trust, offering unwavering support to each individual as they navigate their choices and undergo treatment," Dranov said.
