About Me

Tatyauna Lanier is a family nurse practitioner. She has nursing experience in various settings, including case management, medical-surgical telemetry and critical care.

At University of Maryland Medical Center, Lanier’s dedication to her patients and fellow care team members has earned her nursing excellence, teamwork/collaboration and employee of the quarter awards. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Coppin State University. She went on to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree (in the family nurse practitioner specialty) from University of Maryland School of Nursing.

In her free time, Lanier serves as a pet therapy volunteer for Pets on Wheels, a nonprofit organization.

  • I have recommended this office to anyone seeking a new PCP.Tatyauna Lanier shows kindness, compassion, and knowledge while maintaining a very professional bed-side manner.

  • This was my first visit with this NP. It was clear that she had reviewed my chart before our meeting. She asked assessment questions specific to conditions common in people my age which prior practitioners had not asked, which I thought was very good.
