Tamara Hill, DNP, MSN, CPNP AC

Tamara Hill is an acute care pediatric nurse practitioner. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, where she received the Outstanding DNP Project Award. Her expertise is managing neonatal, pediatric and adolescent patients on dialysis with end stage renal disease throughout the transplant process in an inpatient and outpatient ambulatory care setting. She also manages a variety of nephrology patients that include nephrotic syndrome and hypertension. She works with adolescent chronically ill patients to transition them to adult care services. She is an Associate Faculty member for University of Maryland School of Nursing and a contributor for the Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Exam book.
