Samantha Boellner is a family nurse practitioner. In her role, she manages chronic (long-term) health conditions and promotes preventive care. She strives to provide quality, evidence-based care in the areas of pediatrics, family medicine and routine gynecology.

Boellner has been recognized for exceptional communication with her patients, team collaboration and a commitment to providing patient-centered care. "My commitment to primary care promotes a partnership with my patients to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard," she says.

In her free time, Boellner is an avid bike rider and hiker.
