About Me

Penny has over 30 years of nursing experience, including 10 years as a Nurse Practitioner in the specialties of Neurology, Sleep Medicine, Geriatrics and Primary Care.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.

Notably, Penny is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the United States Army Nurse Corps, serving on active duty and in the reserves. She received multiple awards for her service, including the Meritorious Service Medal.

Penny lives with her family in East New Market. She enjoys outdoor activities such as bicycling and hiking, going to the beach and Orioles games.
