KimLoan Merchant specializes in the primary care of older adults. She helps patients manage their conditions including dementia, heart disease, falls and other changes that may occur with aging.

She sees patient in the office setting and at some assisted living facilities. She believes in person-centered care and helps to educate patients and families so that they can make informed choices about daily life and health care.
