Estelle W. Carter, PA-C

Estelle Carter is a physician assistant with more than 40 years of experience. She has been a diabetes care and education specialist for more than 30 years.

In her role, Carter provides evidence-based diabetes self-management education and support. Her work is fueled by her passion to give patients the knowledge and tools they need to live healthier lives for the purpose of preventing and/or delaying complications from diabetes. Specifically, she helps patients take the necessary steps to reverse prediabetes and prevent type 2 diabetes.

Carter loves seeing the light bulb go on in patients as she helps them better understand a disease that can initially seem confusing and scary.
