Their calming presence and attentiveness made all the difference during a challenging time.Nurse Pate went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, consistently checking in on me and addressing any concerns I had. They explained every procedure with clarity, which helped ease my anxiety and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. What stood out most was their genuine compassion. It was clear that they truly cared about my well-being, not just physically but emotionally as well. Whether it was offering a reassuring word or simply taking the time to listen, She exemplified what it means to provide patient-centered care.I am so grateful for their hard work, dedication, and kindness. They are truly an asset to their profession, and I feel fortunate to have been under their care.
