Dr. Khaing specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung diseases, which can cause damage to lung tissue leading to symptoms such as shortness of breath and cough. She also sees patients with general pulmonary conditions, such as COPD and asthma.
Dr. Khaing provides care in the hospital and outpatient office settings. Her treatment philosophy is based on a patient-centered care approach. She believes that patient education and informed patient-provider discussions are key components of comprehensive health care.
Outside of work, Dr. Khaing enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, experiencing the great outdoors, and trying different culinary cuisines.
