Dr. Donegan brings a wealth of experience in both community and military medicine to UM St. Joseph Medical Center. Dr. Donegan has practiced internal medicine in the Towson area since 2003, after leaving the Air Force.
After graduating from Johns Hopkins University, she received her medical degree from the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine, Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, where she was in the AOA Honor Society. She completed her internal medicine residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center.
She was named a Top Doc for primary care by the Baltimore magazine in 2021. She emphasizes preventive care, patient education and the management of chronic disease.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family; they are all trivia nuts. She is proud that both of her daughters competed on Jeopardy!
