A pain management specialist, Dr. Pallan specializes in multimodal pain therapy, which focuses on reducing opioid use through the use of two or more different treatment methods or medications.
Dr. Pallan makes sure all his patients feel safe and well cared for in all aspects of their care, from pre-op throughout the postoperative period. He completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He then completed his pain management fellowship at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York.
