I am a general and bariatric surgeon who sees adult patients in need of surgical procedures as well as provides surgical treatment for patients with obesity. 

I have advanced training in minimally invasive surgery. In particular, I perform laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass procedures in order to treat patients with obesity.

I am a member of the American College of Surgeons as well as the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons.

My wife and I love to travel, experience new places and meet new people.

I provide patient-centered care and strive to build a collaborative relationship with my patients. Everyone deserves to understand what is going on with their body and the treatments available to them. During my visits with patients, I stress communication in order to promote understanding and shared decision making.
