  • Dr. Japp was very cordial, patient, and listened to my concerns quite patiently. She made sur I understood everything clearly and how & who to contact in case I have any further questions since she will be on maternity leave.

  • I found Dr. Jappe to be very knowledgeable and give excellent explanation about the procedure and potential outcome. I know that she did not want to review any potential outcomes until she had the test results, but I would have appreciated hearing what the good and bad outcomes are and how they are treated. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Jappe's clinical knowledge, thoroughness and her bedside manner.
