Elaine E. Weiner, MD

Dr. Weiner has served as the Medical Director in the Outpatient Research Program (ORP) of the Maryland Psychiatric Research Center since 1993. In her role, she has primary responsibility for the administrative oversight of the ORP clinic while also performing psychiatric evaluations for referrals to the ORP and providing ongoing psychiatric care to persons participating in the ORP.
