About Me
Dr. Ucuzian is a vascular surgeon and scientist. He treats all problems of the blood vessels. He has special interest in limb salvage and preservation.
"I have a passion for treating peripheral artery disease in order to preserve patients’ legs," Dr. Ucuzian says. “My goal is to keep people walking on their own two feet."
Dr. Ucuzian is a member of several professional associations and organizations, including the Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Society. He is a recipient of the Robert W. Hobson, II, MD Early Career Investigator Award (from the Council on Peripheral Vascular Disease of the American Heart Association), which recognizes excellence in basic or clinical science displayed by early career investigators in vascular and endovascular medicine, vascular surgery or vascular biology.
