About Me

Cara Wilt, CRNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner at the Hereford Health Park (UM SJMG – Primary Care at Hereford).  

Ms. Wilt is a seasoned nurse practitioner with 10 years of experience, and a concentration in adult gerontology. 

Previously she worked as an emergency room, oncology, and ortho-spine nurse practitioner. Prior to her NP experience, she had been in nursing since 2006. Her diverse background gives her insight into treating a variety of conditions. 

As an internal medicine provider, she provides care for patients 16 years old and up. She treats a full range of acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on preventive medicine. Her goal is to assist patients to better understand their health, and treatment options for any acute or chronic illness.

  • I would recommend the services to all my family and friends

  • She was clear and concise. She reviewed the x-rays with me and referred me elsewhere. There was no exam completed.
