Cutler, an Eastern Shore native, brings more than a decade of nursing experience with her into the family practice setting, offering comprehensive medical care across the lifespan with a focus on health promotion and disease prevention.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University in 2005 and her Master of Science in nursing from Bowie State University in 2014.
