About Me
Brijan “Bri” Fellows is a social worker in Baltimore, Maryland. She has been working in the field of early childhood mental health since 2005.
Fellows is the program director for the Taghi Modarressi Center for Infant Study's Secure Starts Clinic — a community-based outpatient mental health clinic serving families with young children ages birth to five — at the School of Medicine at University of Maryland, Baltimore. She works with young children who have been through scary events or are having a hard time adjusting to or behaving appropriately at school. She also gives a sympathetic ear to parents who need someone to talk to about their worries and struggles with raising their young child.
