About Me

An experienced nurse practitioner, Barbara Lee Nalley treats both urinary and gynecologic (female reproductive) problems. She is also a surgical assistant, helping with urogynecologic procedures (for pelvic floor disorders). She performs urodynamic testing (to diagnose conditions affecting the bladder, urinary sphincter and urethra) as well as pre-op and post-op care for urogynecology patients.

Nalley takes a holistic approach to women's care, offering compassionate and competent care for issues that affect women's health, such as:

  • Hot flashes
  • Incomplete emptying of the bladder
  • Pain during sex
  • Prolapse
  • Urinary and fecal incontinence
  • Vaginal dryness

Nalley strives to improve the quality of her patients' lives and works with them to achieve their goals.
