Why You Should Use MyPortfolio

The UMMS MyPortfolio patient portal is a secure, confidential, easy-to-use site that connects you to your healthcare information wherever you are, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can use the patient portal to:

  • View details about your upcoming vaccine appointment
  • Get reminders for your upcoming appointment
  • Speed up the on-site process at the vaccine location by:
    • Checking in for upcoming appointments
    • Completing the vaccine screening process before your appointment
    • Signing the vaccine consent form before your appointment

How to Sign Up for MyPortfolio

Visit myportfolio.umm.edu and click "Sign Up Now" to set up your account. You should receive an Activation Code by email the day after you schedule your appointment. If you do not have an Activation Code, click the "Sign Up Online" button. We will use a series of questions to validate your identity.

The MyChart mobile app is available in the App Store and in Google Play.

Scheduling Your Appointment

If you received an email from UMMS to schedule your vaccine appointment, please see below for more detailed instructions on how to make an appointment.

  1. First, click the link to see available appointments. Select a date and time that works for you.
    Important Notes:
    • This link is only for you. It should not be shared with anyone else.
    • If you do not see any available appointments that work for you, please check back daily. New appointments will be added as they become available.
    • If you have an active COVID-19 infection, please do not schedule an appointment within 10 days of your diagnosis.
    • Please also do not schedule an appointment within 14 days of getting another vaccine, like for shingles or the flu.

  2. When you are ready to make an appointment, enter "Vaccine" as your Reason for Visit and click "Proceed to Next Step."
    • If you already have a MyPortfolio patient portal account, please log in and schedule your appointment.
      Have a MyPortfolio account? Use your MyPortfolio credentials to schedule this appointment for yourself or someone you have access to. Log In.
    • If you do not have a MyPortfolio patient portal account, please click "Continue as a Guest." We will need to get a bit of information from you to make your appointment, including your email address if you have one. You can sign up for an account at any time. Just follow the steps in the "How to Sign Up for MyPortfolio" section above.

  3. Once you have set up your appointment, you will reach a page that says, "Thanks, your appointment is scheduled." If you do not see that page, your appointment has not been scheduled.
