The Edward B. and Mildred Freeman Outpatient Center at the Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology at Easton offers comprehensive treatment for diabetes and other endocrine disorders. The Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology at University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is the only diabetes and endocrinology specialty practice on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Providers see patients in Chestertown, Denton and Easton.
