Christine Capriolo, DO
Crissy grew up in Eldersburg, Maryland. She completed medical school at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and pediatric residency at Cohen Children's Medical Center in New York. Her primary research interest is pulmonary hypertension.
Abigail Aghion, MD
Abby is a Baltimore native. She completed medical school and pediatric residency at the University of Maryland. Her primary research interest is neonatal sedation and pain management.

Abhinav Parikh, MD
Abhinav graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a B.S. in Biochemistry and M.S. in Applied Molecular Biology and then went on to pursue his medical education at St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. Upon graduating from medical school, he did his residency in pediatric medicine at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York where he was a chief resident and was awarded first place in poster presentation of a Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Project. He is interested in quality improvement and use of ultrasound in NICU.
Nina Shah, MD
Nina was born in New Jersey. She attended medical school at American University of Antigua College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in New Jersey. Her clinical research interests include neonatal nutrition and growth.
Michael Kochan, MD
Michael grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He attended Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia and then completed his pediatric residency in Virginia at the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters. He spent one year working as a Neonatal Hospitalist before starting fellowship. His research interests include the use of ultrasound in the NICU, palliative care, and NIRS.

Sarah Mahdally, DO
Sarah was born in Giza, Egypt receiving a B.S. in Biology and Biochemistry from Millersville University in Lancaster, PA and graduated medical school from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. She completed her pediatric residency at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Her residency project focused on the implementation of a neonatal sepsis prediction calculator for late premature and term infants. Her interests include neonatal sepsis, perinatal ethics, QI and international medicine.
Suhagi Kadakia, MD
Suhagi was born in India and grew up in Illinois. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Chemistry and Community Health. She then went on to pursue her medical education at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. Suhagi completed her residency in pediatrics at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. She presented her Quality Improvement at the AAP conference. Her research interest is in breastfeeding and nutrition.
Kristin Leister, MD
Kristin grew up in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. She completed medical school at St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies and pediatric residency at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Her research interests include neonatal abstinence syndrome and neurodevelopmental outcomes in the NICU graduate.
