Volunteers

Welcome to the University of Maryland Capital Region Health, where we invite you to join our community of volunteers making a lasting impact on the well-being of our patients, families, and healthcare team.

Our Volunteer Services Department is committed to establishing a competent, dependable, and professional volunteer program that supports and enhances the quality of care provided by our hospital staff.

Building upon the success of the University of Maryland Capital Health's thriving Volunteer Program, our volunteers play a vital role in fulfilling our mission. Opportunities abound for individuals aged 16 and older, ranging from administrative tasks and patient interaction to event support and community outreach.

Whether you're a student exploring career options or someone seeking the satisfaction that comes from helping others, our year-round volunteer programs are designed to match your interests and talents with the diverse needs throughout our hospital.

Come be a part of our team, where your contribution truly makes a difference in the lives of those we serve.
