University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Mobile Care: Your Living Room is Your Waiting Room
University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Mobile Care is a new service available to Anne Arundel County residents that offers same-day medical care in your own home.
To help you get the care you need, when and where you need it, you can request a UM BWMC emergency provider to come to your home. The physician or advanced practice provider will diagnose and treat your medical concern.
Mobile Care Services
UM Baltimore Washington Mobile Care providers diagnose and treat non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, including:
- Burns, rashes and bites
- Colds, coughs, strep throat and flu
- Cuts and bruises
- Eye injuries
- Fracture diagnosis and initial treatment
- Headaches and earaches
- Laceration repair and abscess treatment
- Mild nausea, vomiting and diarrhea
- Sprains and strains
- Suture and staple removal
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
A flat fee of $200 is due when your appointment is confirmed. Please note: fees are not covered under insurance plans and we cannot treat patients who are currently on Medicare or Medicaid.
