Urologist

The urologist performs biopsies, makes the diagnosis and is the primary specialist who will work with you and discuss your treatment options. Radiation Oncologist

The radiation oncologist specializes in the application of radiation to destroy cancer cells. Both external beam radiation (delivered through a device called a linear accelerator) and brachytherapy (seed/pellet implantation) are guided by a radiation oncologist.

Medical Oncologist

The medical oncologist is a physician who specializes in the treatment of cancer using medications, whether administered orally or intravenously. Medical oncologists offer a range of treatment options including chemotherapy, immunotherapy and other systemic treatments.
