Yoga and Meditation Session

Mindful movement has been shown to effectively help manage stress and anxiety.

Join us or a free 30-minute gentle mindfulness and movement class led by Kelli Bethel, PT, DPT, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500.

This class will combine gentle movement, mindfulness and breath techniques. Movements will be easy and can be done sitting or standing.

No special equipment is needed.
