Every quarter, UM BWMC offers a free community seminar on a topic of interest. These seminars are given by UM BWMC physicians and medical providers who are experts in the topic at hand. Some seminars are hosted by a single physician, and others are hosted by a panel of several medical providers.

The seminars feature an interactive presentation to dive into a health topic, and then the attendees are encouraged to ask questions to begin an open discussion. After Q&A has concluded, our providers stay to speak to attendees one-on-one about any specific health concerns they may have.

Past BWell seminar topics have included: mental health disorders, back and neck pain, building healthy hearts, women’s healthy aging, skin cancer, COPD, acid reflux, food and nutrition, genetic breast cancer, perimenopause, arthritis, wound care, vascular health, thyroid problems, sleep hygiene, migraines, and many more.
