Central Maryland Rehabilitation Center (CMR) is a Medicare-certified outpatient rehabilitation facility established in 1995 as a joint program of the University of Maryland Medical System and Howard County General Hospital. CMR Provides a variety of programs and services tailored to meet the needs of the community it serves (Columbia, Howard County, and surrounding areas). CMR is an integral part of the University of Maryland Medical System's continuum of care for those recovering from severe injuries.

Getting to Central Maryland Rehabilitation Center

To get to the Central Maryland Rehabilitation Center from I-95 (North or South), take the 38B exit MD-32 West towards Columbia. You'll go about a mile to the Broken Land Parkway exit, where you will make a right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Broken Land Parkway and then turn left onto Stevens Forest Road, which will take you to Woodside Court and the entrance of the Rehabilitation Center.
